Festival du Bois was pleased by the overwhelming number of applications received for the 27th edition. We thank you all for your submission and please note that our market place is now full.
Pricing for Exhibit Space
$150 includes one table and two chairs with a total of two exhibitors’ passes – additional exhibitors passes can be purchased at $7 each.
A City of Coquitlam Business Licence is mandatory. If you do not have one, a $15 fee will be added to your total to cover one
Upon being selected, exhibitors must pay in full. Cheque must be made to: Société francophone de Maillardville before February 19, 2016*.
• Corporate signs must be professional, clear and easy to read – ideally in both official languages. Each artisan must be clearly marked and have prices displayed at all times.
• Artisans are expected to arrive on time, ready to serve our public, and remain open until the end of the Festival.
• Artisans must keep their area clean.
• As a chosen artisan at the Festival du Bois, we ask that all your staff be courteous and presentable to the public at all times.
Festival du Bois is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage goods.
