Guillaume Arsenault (Québec)
A son of Bonaventure in the Gaspé Peninsula, Guillaume Arsenault grew up by the water, listening to the rhythms of traditional Acadian and Québécois music and the rhymes of song-smiths such as Michel Rivard and Richard Séguin. He’s been performing since his early youth. Arsenault’s prolific songwriting and engaging performances have not only garnered him enthusiastic audiences here and abroad, but also a string of prestigious awards and nominations.

Originaire de Bonaventure (Gaspésie), Guillaume Arsenault a grandit près de l’eau, aux rythmes de la musique traditionnelle acadienne et québécoise et aux rimes de chansonniers comme Michel Rivard et Richard Séguin. Sur scène, avant même l’âge de conduire, ses textes prolifiques et ses prestations captivantes lui ont valu non seulement l’enthousiasme du public d’ici et d’ailleurs, mais aussi bon nombre de nominations et de prix prestigieux.
